How long have you worked here? Just over a year
How did you get into Customer Success? When I applied to work at BitSight, I applied for a sales position. Chrissy Costello, our Director of Recruiting, suggested that I would be a better fit for Customer Success and I haven’t turned back since!
What challenges you the most at BitSight? BitSight created the market for Security Ratings. Working in an environment that thrives off of change and the ability to pivot at a moments notice has challenged me to think outside the box.
What is your favorite thing about BitSight? My favorite thing about BitSight is the cross functional collaboration. Getting to work with people who think completely different than I do allows me to have insight into challenging projects and ideas I otherwise would not have encountered.
What is the most important thing you learned at BitSight? The most important thing I have learned at BitSight is that change is inevitable.

What do you like to do for fun? For fun you can usually catch me at a fun new restaurant in Boston or outside a cafe with either a fun novel or my girlfriends.
