We use a programmatic approach known as Structured Interviewing, which provides precision and reduces unconscious bias when assessing a candidate's capabilities. By asking predefined behavioral questions aligned with our competency and leadership models, we focus on skills, experience, and qualifications—rather than personal backgrounds or connections. This ensures a fair evaluation of each candidate's potential for success at Bitsight.
