1. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to:
- End users who are employed by enterprise companies located in North America (United States and Canada).
- Individuals who are part of Bitsight’s targeted account list and have received a direct campaign invitation via email.
Participation is limited to corporate professionals evaluating Bitsight solutions for legitimate business purposes.
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, or distributors.
- Government employees or public sector representatives.
2. Promotion Details
Eligible participants who complete a qualifying Bitsight demo during the offer period specified below will receive a Bitsight Cyber Risk Coffee Kit , valued at approximately USD $45.
- Quantity available: Limited to 200 kits total.
- Offer period: While supplies last or until the campaign officially ends by notification on this site, whichever occurs first.
- Limit: One (1) kit per person, per organization, per qualified demo request.
3. Redemption Requirements
To qualify for the Coffee Kit:
- The participant must request a demo through the designated campaign landing page or via an official Bitsight outreach email.
- The demo must be scheduled and fully completed with a Bitsight Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive.
- Upon verified completion of the demo, shipment of the kit will be initiated within approximately two (2) weeks.
Requests that are cancelled, rescheduled beyond the campaign period, or not attended will not qualify.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Kits will be shipped to the shipping mailing address provided by the qualifying participant.
- Estimated delivery time is two (2) weeks post demo completion, subject to carrier and inventory availability.
- Bitsight is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information.
No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents will be offered.
5. General Conditions
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Bitsight reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel, modify, or suspend this offer at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
- Any attempt to fraudulently claim multiple kits or falsify demo completion may result in disqualification.
- The offer is void where prohibited by law or by the participant’s employer’s policies.
6. Privacy
By participating, entrants agree that Bitsight may collect and use personal information (such as name, company, email, and shipping details) for the purposes of administering the Program and fulfilling shipments in accordance with Bitsight’s Privacy Policy.
