What do you do at BitSight and how long have you worked here? I joined BitSight’s customer success team in May 2020. I help customers with strategic consultation to enhance the efficacy of their first and third party risk management programs using BitSight.
How did you get into Customer Success? After a series of stints in IT Process consulting , I landed an amazing opportunity to lead customer operations for a startup. I have been in customer success ever since, and have found the best use of my skills in helping customers seamlessly adopt the latest technologies into their processes and strategy.
What challenges you the most at BitSight? Each customer story is a new and exciting challenge for me. Technology is only a single piece of the puzzle; the real work lies in ensuring it fits into customers’ processes and plans seamlessly.
What is your favorite thing about BitSight? A great team culture that encourages everyone to bring out their best.
What is the most important thing you learned at BitSight? In order to be pioneers in their field, one needs to be evolving constantly. I love how BitSight is always releasing enhancements and features to stay on top of the ever-changing cyber security and risk management landscape.

What do you like to do for fun? Most of my life revolves around beaches, books and food. I also like to get my groove on with an occasional bollywood dance session every once in a while.
